SEO
Make your site trivially easy for Google to crawl and trust
Technical SEO is where most large sites lose the most traffic. We audit crawl paths, indexation, rendering, log files, hreflang, structured data and Core Web Vitals, then hand your engineers an unambiguous, ticket-ready fix list with expected impact. For enterprise and e-commerce sites we also design the architecture: how categories, filters and pagination should be exposed to search engines.
Scope
What is included
Log file and crawl analysis
See what Googlebot actually fetches, and what it wastes time on.

Structured data
Organisation, Service, Article, Product, FAQ and Breadcrumb schema implemented correctly.
Performance
LCP, INP and CLS work plans with measured before-and-after data.
How we work
Our process
- 01CrawlFull-site crawl plus log data and Search Console API export.
- 02DiagnoseSeparate symptoms from causes; rank issues by traffic at risk.
- 03SpecifyWrite developer-ready tickets with acceptance criteria.
- 04VerifyRe-crawl after each release and confirm the fix held.
Why it matters
Why Technical SEO decides whether the rest of your marketing works
The short version of how we think about technical seo, and the assumptions behind every seo programme we run.
Search is the only channel that gets cheaper
Paid media costs rise every year and stop the day you stop paying. A page that ranks keeps delivering enquiries for years, which is why organic search usually ends up the lowest cost-per-acquisition channel in a mature marketing mix. The catch is that it compounds slowly, so the earlier the technical and content foundations are laid, the cheaper the whole programme becomes.
Most sites lose on fundamentals, not tactics
Before we discuss link building or clever content angles we check the boring things: is every important page indexable, does each URL own exactly one intent, are titles written for buyers, do internal links point at the pages that make money, is the site fast on a mid-range phone on mobile data. In roughly eight out of ten audits, fixing these fundamentals produces the first visible ranking movement.
Rankings are a means, revenue is the measure
We report positions because they diagnose progress, but the number that matters is qualified enquiries. Each month you see which keyword clusters gained visibility, how that turned into clicks, how those clicks converted, and what we are changing next. If a cluster brings traffic that never converts, we say so and move the budget.

Reporting
How we measure success
- Visibility
- Keyword coverage and average position by cluster, plus map pack visibility by area where local search matters.
- Traffic quality
- Non-brand organic clicks, landing page performance and assisted conversions rather than raw sessions.
- Pipeline
- Form fills, calls and booked meetings attributed to organic search, reported against the previous period and the same month last year.
- Health
- Indexation, Core Web Vitals, crawl errors and referring domain growth so nothing silently regresses.

Proof
Where we have done this before
E-commerce / fashion · United Kingdom
UK fashion e-commerce: 312% organic revenue growth in 6 months
A mid-size UK retailer had 40,000 indexable filter URLs, cannibalised categories and a Shopping feed rejecting a third of its catalogue.
Healthcare technology · United States
US healthcare platform: 2.8x organic traffic after a technical rebuild
A healthcare software platform had strong expert content, but rendering issues and conflicting canonical tags prevented important pages from being indexed reliably.
Testimonials
Clients on our technical seo work
Client names are withheld under NDA. Roles, markets and outcomes described are from live engagements.
“We had three agencies before SEOISB and none of them could explain what they actually did each month. Here we get a roadmap, a change log and a call where someone answers hard questions. Organic enquiries are now our largest source of business.”
“The on-page work alone paid for the first six months. They found pages competing with each other that we had been publishing for years, merged them, and half of our product terms moved to the first page within a quarter.”
“Their link building is the first programme I have been able to show our compliance team without wincing. Real publications, real authors, every placement listed with a live URL.”
